复振跳汰机主振频率与复振频率关系的研究

摘要: 通过对跳汰分选理论进行分析,得出了理想的跳汰水流脉动曲线,并采用傅里叶级数展开理想曲线,取其中起主要作用的前两项,分析得出复振跳汰机主振与复振频率关系,即复振频率为主振频率的2倍。为验证结论,以正弦周期为例,用Matlab绘出迭加后的波形曲线进行了分析,与不加复振相比,迭加波形曲线的位移、速度、加速度均有助于跳汰分选过程。山东岱庄洗煤厂生产实践表明,当复振频率为主振频率的2倍时,可有效控制透筛量,同时精煤产率和数质量效率均有所提高。Abstract: Based on the study of jigging separation theory,obtained the ideal jigging water pulsating curve.Expand the ideal curve by using Fourier series,analyzed the first two phases which play a major role,got the relationship of frequency between main pulsation and auxiliary pulsation for compound-pulsation jig,the frequency of auxiliary pulsation is 2 times faster than main pulsation.In order to verify the conclusion,using sine cycle as an example,draws the superimposed waveform curve by Matlab to analyze,compared with not adding auxiliary pulsation,the displacement,velocity,acceleration of the superimposed waveform curve are both helpful for jigging process.The actual production in Daizhuang coal preparation plant in Shandong province show that the when frequency of auxiliary pulsation is 2 times of main pulsation,the amount of heavy material discharged through screen can be effectively controlled and the clean coal yield and quality-efficiency are increased.
