Abstract:
In order to study the effect of time and temperature of dry distillation on the residual rate of semi-coke volatile component of lignite in Sumatra of Indonesia,conducted the coal quality analysis and a low temperature carbonization experiment on the Indonesian lignite,and based on which presents six key techniques for producing PCI coal from lignite mined in Sumatra.It has a research on the influence law of the semi-coke volatile residual rate influenced by carbonization time and temperature parameter.The experimental result proves that under the conditions of carbonizing time of 30 minutes,carbonizing temperature of 600 ℃ and 750 ℃,the Sumatra semi-coke meets the basic index of ordinary PCI coal and superfine PCI coal respectively.The study can provide the theoretical and experimental foundation for the process development and the construction of demonstration project of the Indonesian lignite produced PCI coal.
