苏门答腊褐煤制作喷吹煤的试验研究

    Experimental study on producing PCI coal from lignite in Sumatra Island

    • 摘要: 为研究干馏时间和干馏温度对印度尼西亚苏门答腊岛(以下简称苏门答腊)褐煤半焦挥发分残留率的影响规律,对该褐煤进行了煤质特性分析和低温干馏试验,并在试验基础上提出了苏门答腊褐煤制作喷吹煤的六项关键技术。试验结果表明,在干馏时间为30 min、干馏温度分别为600℃和750℃的条件下,苏门答腊褐煤半焦分别满足普通喷吹煤和特级喷吹煤的基本指标。该研究为苏门答腊褐煤制作喷吹煤的工艺研发和示范工程建设提供理论依据和试验基础。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the effect of time and temperature of dry distillation on the residual rate of semi-coke volatile component of lignite in Sumatra of Indonesia,conducted the coal quality analysis and a low temperature carbonization experiment on the Indonesian lignite,and based on which presents six key techniques for producing PCI coal from lignite mined in Sumatra.It has a research on the influence law of the semi-coke volatile residual rate influenced by carbonization time and temperature parameter.The experimental result proves that under the conditions of carbonizing time of 30 minutes,carbonizing temperature of 600 ℃ and 750 ℃,the Sumatra semi-coke meets the basic index of ordinary PCI coal and superfine PCI coal respectively.The study can provide the theoretical and experimental foundation for the process development and the construction of demonstration project of the Indonesian lignite produced PCI coal.
