Abstract: The paper introduced the principle of fixed points inspection and maintenance system,and combined with the features of modern coal preparation plant,analyzed the necessity and feasibility of applying of fixed points inspection and maintenance system in equipment management in coal preparation plant,also presents the design objective,flowsheet and design of structure of fixed points inspection and maintenance system in coal preparation plant,established the functional module,which laid solid foundation for practical application of the system in future.
