煤泥微波干燥的试验研究

    Experimental study of microwave drying of coal slime

    • 摘要: 分析了国内煤泥干燥技术现状,阐述了微波干燥原理和特性,介绍了自主研发的煤泥微波干燥设备的结构与工作原理,并采用该设备在不同微波功率、输送速度及煤泥层厚度条件下对煤泥进行了微波干燥试验。试验结果表明:在微波功率为60 kW,煤泥层厚度为60 mm,输送速度为21、24 m/h,以及当微波功率为60、55、50 kW,对应煤泥层厚度为50 mm,输送速度为27m/h条件下对煤泥进行干燥,均能满足煤泥水分降低10个百分点、处理量为1 t/h的要求。

       

      Abstract: The paper analyzed the current coal slurry drying technology in China,described the principle and characteristics of microwave drying,and introduced the structure and working principle of microwave drying equipment for coal slime which is independently researched and developed.The experiment of microwave drying coal slime was conducted by using this equipment under different microwave power,conveying speed and thickness of coal slime,the experimental results showed that for drying the wet slime under conditions of microwave power is 60 kW,the thickness of slime layer is 60 mm and the conveying speed is 21 m/h、24 m/h or the microwave power is 60 kW,55 kW,50 kW,their corresponding applied slime layer is 50 mm and the conveying speed is 27 m/h,the microwave drying equipment can both meet the requirements of the moisture decreased by 10% and the treating capacity is 1 t/h.
