Abstract: According to the problem existed in pipeline in production adjusting at Ruilong coal preparation plant,the water supply pipelines for medium draining screen,ground cleaning water and shaft sealing water were re-adjusted.After the re-adjusting and re-arranging of the pipeline and pipe network,the production system in that plant operated stably and reliably,and the clean coal yield increased by 6.06%,medium consumption and power consumption for ton coal washed decreased by 0.17 kg and 0.37 kW respectively,obtained good economic benefit.
