抑制剂在赵各庄矿业分公司选煤厂浮选中的应用研究

    The application of depressing agent in coal flotation in Zhaogezhuang colliery coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为降低赵各庄矿业分公司选煤厂浮选精煤灰分,以该选煤厂煤泥为研究对象,采用六偏磷酸钠、氟硅酸钠、水玻璃作为抑制剂,对该厂煤泥进行降灰试验。试验结果表明:在试验条件下,采用水玻璃作为抑制剂且用量为500 g/t时,浮选效果最好;结合抑制剂在生产中的应用情况和选煤厂经济效益,该厂决定选用2.4玻璃作为抑制剂。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the ash content of flotation concentrate in Zhaogezhuang colliery coal preparation plant,take the coal slurry in this plant as study sample,and use the sodium hexametaphosphate,fluorine sodium fluoride and sodium silicate as the depressing to make ash reduction test for coal slurry in the plant.The test result showed that under the experimental conditions,when taking the modulus of 2.4 sodium silicate as depressing agent with the dosage of 500 g/t,the flotation effect was the best;sodium silicate has a certain depressing effect on <0.075 mm size fraction fine particles.With increasing high ash fine coal slurry quantity in flotation process,the application of depressing agent in flotation will be used more and more widely.
