Abstract: To solve the problem of higher processing cost and lower sedimentation efficiency by using traditional flocculant in slurry processing in Pingshuo No.2 colliery coal preparation plant,the coal slurry settlement test was done using new-type and high-efficiency flocculant and coagulant PTDN2140,and regime of agent was optimized.The test results show that the flocculant and coagulant PTDN2140 combined used,first adding PTDX1220 and then the PTDX1220 and the at dosage is 187 g/t and 2.5 g/t raw coal respectively the settlement and the clarification effect is best.,so it laid the foundation for effective treatment of coal slurry.
