电磁场对重介质旋流器分选密度的影响

    Effect of electromagnetic field on the separation density of dense medium cyclone

    • 摘要: 为研究重介质旋流器外部电磁场的磁场位置、强度对其分选密度的影响,以磁铁矿粉为介质,将重介质旋流器置于同轴的螺线圈磁场中进行试验。试验结果表明:当磁场位于重介质旋流器柱体上端时,低磁场强度可提高其分选密度;当磁场位于重介质旋流器锥体下端时,高磁场强度可降低其分选密度。通过对重介质旋流器外部电磁场位置和强度的调节,可以达到调节其分选密度的目的,为实现其二段分选密度的在线调控提供一定的理论支持。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence of position,strength of electromagnetic field on the medium distribution of dense medium cyclone,take the magnet powder as medium,and the test conducted by placing the dense medium cyclone in the coaxial spiral coil electromagnetic field.The results show that when magnetic field located at the top of the cyclone cylinder,the separation density can be increased by lower magnetic induction,but when magnetic induction located at the bottom of the cyclone cone,the separation density can be decreased by higher magnetic induction.Therefore,the separation density of dense medium cyclone can be adjusted by changing the position and magnetic induction of external electromagnetic field.This may be provided some theories reference for realizing the on-line control separation density of dense medium cyclone.
