Abstract: The paper sums up the background and the characteristic of Particle Flow Code in 3 Dimensions（PFC^3D）,compares the differences of PFC^3D from the other numerical methods including PFC^2D,and introduces procedures of numerical value analyzing using PFC^3D.Some examples of practical application and the application fields are also pointed out.
