Abstract: The damage identification method base on energy density providing the possibility for on line detecting fault of vibrating screen beam.Take the PCI-6023E made by NI company as the hardware and Labview graphical programming language as the software,designed the fault diagnosis system for detecting the crack in beam.Final the experiment verified the feasibility of the method.
