淀粉接枝共聚物水煤浆分散剂的合成及其与煤粒的作用机理

    Synthesis of coal-water slurry dispersant based on starch graft copolymers and the effects on coal surface

    • 摘要: 以淀粉为原料,利用丙烯酸和苯乙烯为单体通过接枝共聚反应合成一种主链亲水、支链疏水的淀粉类水煤浆分散剂,并通过多次单因素试验确定了最佳反应条件;分析了该分散剂对陕西彬长煤成浆过程中表观粘度与稳定性的影响;同时,研究了该分散剂与陕西彬长煤的作用机理。

       

      Abstract: This paper focused on preparation of a new kind of dispersant used in coal water slurry(CWS).It takes starch as raw material and is synthesized by grafted modification with acrylic acid and styrene to form a structure with a hydrophilic main chain and hydrophobic side chains.The optimum conditions of synthesis were determined by a series of orthogonal experiments.The effects of the dispersant on apparent viscosity and stability of Binchang coal of Shaanxi were discussed,and the mechanism of interaction between the dispersant and coal surfaces was analyzed.
