基于FIDIC合同框架的选煤厂工程项目建设管理探讨

Research on coal preparation plant engineering construction project management based on FIDIC contractual framework

摘要: FIDIC合同是全世界公认的一种工程建设项目合同国际惯例,目前已被广泛应用于我国大型选煤厂工程建设项目中。文章通过分析选煤厂建设工程项目的特点,给出了如何使用FIDIC合同条件实现选煤厂建设工程收益最大化的对策。

Abstract: FIDIC contract is a world-recognized contract for engineering construction project management,its recently widely used in large size coal preparation plant construction in China.The paper analyzed the features of construction of coal preparation plant,and give out the countermeasures of how to use the FIDIC contract condition to realize the maximizing the benefit in coal preparation plant construction project.
