煤炭三维可选性曲面绘制的研究

Research on drawing three-dimensional washability surface of coal

摘要: 为了更全面地反映煤炭可选性的密度、粒度分布情况,文章在传统二轴可选性曲线的基础上,把粒度级及粒度组成作为第三个轴,利用MATLAB软件,采用二维插值(grad data)中的三次插值(cubic)方法,绘制了三维的浮物曲面、密度曲面和分选密度邻近物曲面。通过二维插值实现了按灰分查询和按产率查询任意粒度级的理论分选指标,对煤炭的可选性评定有一定借鉴作用。

Abstract: In order to reflect the situation of coal washability and mass distribution more fully,this paper based on traditional washability curve,served the size fraction and size consist as the third shaft,using MATLAB software,by cubic interpolation（cubic） of the two-dimensional interpolation（graddata） method,the three-dimension cumulative float surface,densimetric surface and near-density surface were drawn.By the two-dimensional interpolation,it can inquire theory separation index under any size fraction by float ash and float production.It has certain reference significance for evaluating the coal’s washability.
