高灰难浮煤泥的药剂优化试验研究

    Research on reagent optimizing in flotation of high ash content and difficult-to-float slime

    • 摘要: 以曙光煤业选煤厂高灰难浮煤泥为对象,研究了不同捕收剂和起泡剂组合及用量对煤泥浮选效果的影响。试验结果表明:捕收剂和起泡剂之间存在相互作用,不同药剂组合作用时的浮选指标差别很大;在精煤灰分≤11%的条件下,煤油与仲辛醇组合及SN98与仲辛醇组合的浮选效果均优于煤油与GF的组合,煤油与仲辛醇的作用效果最好,对应的药剂用量为煤油300 g/t,仲辛醇45 g/t;在获得相近浮选指标时,SN98与仲辛醇组合的药剂总耗量最低,SN98为120 g/t,仲辛醇为45 g/t。

       

      Abstract: Take the high ash content and difficult-to-float slime in Shuguang coal preparation as researching object,analyzed the effect of combination of different type and amount of frother and collector on slime flotation effect.The test results show that the reaction interaction existed between the collector and the frother,there is a big difference of flotation index showed under different combination of agent;under the condition of the clean coal ash content ≤11%,the performance of kerosene and 2-octanol combination,as well as SN98 and 2-octanol combination,are superior to kerosene and GF combination,the kerosene and 2-octanol combination is best,the ratio of the adding amount is the kerosene 300 g/t and the 2-octanol 45 g/t.For the agent consumption,under the similar flotation index the combination of the SN98 and 2-octanol is lowest,the SN98 is 120 g/t and 2-octanol is 45 g/t.
