絮凝剂对浮选过程影响的试验研究

Experimental study on the effect of flocculants on Flotation Process

摘要: 文章以介休选煤厂煤泥为研究对象,采用聚丙烯酰胺和阳离子改性淀粉絮凝剂两种药剂对其试验研究,观察在不同的药剂制度下两种絮凝剂的加入对浮选效果的影响。结果表明,加入聚丙烯酰胺后,浮精产率提高了3.06个百分点,浮精灰分略有上升;加入阳离子改性淀粉絮凝剂后,浮精产率提高了2.69个百分点。

Abstract: Take coal slime in Jiexiu coal preparation plant as research object,by using polyacrylamide and St-DMDACC-AM in flotation experiments,and compare the effects of adding the two kinds of flocculants under several appropriate agent systems on the flotation.The results shows that after adding polyacrylamide in flotation experiment,the yield of clean coal increased by 3.06% while the ash content of clean coal little increased,and by adding St-DMDACC-AM,the yield of clean coal increased by 2.69%.
