FJCA20型浮选机充气搅拌装置流体动力学研究

    Research on hydrokinetics of pneumatic agitator of FJCA20 flotation machine

    • 摘要: 通过运用PIV测试与FLUENT模拟相结合的研究方法,对FJCA20型浮选机的充气搅拌装置进行了流体动力学研究,充分揭示了FJCA20型浮选机充气搅拌装置内部流场分布,同时根据各个主要监控位置的测试速度值和模拟计算速度值较为吻合的事实,认为FLUENT模拟可以替代PIV测试作为一种简便可靠的探索性研究手段,为流体设备的优化和大型化奠定理论基础。

       

      Abstract: This article researches the hydrokinetics mechanism of the pneumatic agitator of the FJCA20 flotation machine by PIV test and FLUENT simulation.It reveals the internal flow field distribution of the pneumatic agitator fully.Due to the measured test velocity and the simulate calculted velocity is anastomosis at the major monitor points,so the FLUENT simulation can replace PIV test as a easy and reliable research method,which can establish a theoretical foundation for the optimization and enlargement of fluid equipments.
