重介质旋流器二段安装角度与物料排出关系的研究

    Research on relationship between installation angle and discharges of the secondary section dense medium cyclone

    • 摘要: 分析了无压给料三产品重介质旋流器二段安装角度对铁器等重产物排出的影响,并用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT对其二段水平和倾斜两种安装方式进行了流场模拟和对比分析,结果表明:合理调整设备二段安装角度可加速重产物的排出,降低重产物对旋流器内壁的磨损,提高使用寿命,并确定无压给料三产品重介质旋流器二段最佳安装角度为-13°。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzes the influence of second part installation angle of gravity-fed three-product heavy medium cyclone on heavy discharges,such as iron and so on,and then the numerical simulation of the internal flow in second part which is installed horizontally and obliquely is carried out by using Computational Fluid Dynamics software FLUENT.The test result shows that rational installed angle of dense medium cyclone can facilitate the discharge of heavy material,reduce abrasion of internal wall caused by heavy product,so that longer the service life,and obtained that the optimum installation angle of the second part is -13°.
