煤泥干燥系统运行工况的前馈控制

    Feed forward control of operating condition of slime drying system

    • 摘要: 针对煤泥干燥系统初调周期长、费用大、运行可靠性差的缺陷,通过模板匹配建立数学模型,进而利用温度的惯性和设备流传递速度的时滞性对干燥系统运行参数进行预期推断,并对工艺经验参数做了等价聚类解算,解算后对相关的设备进行了策略控制,进而达到了系统运行状况的快速调节。煤泥干燥系统工况的前馈控制方式为解决生产系统工况控制提供了有效的解决方案。

       

      Abstract: According to the defects of longer adjusting cycle,high cost and bad operation reliability existed in slime drying system,the mathematical model established through template matching,and then utilizing the temperature inertia and delay of transport speed of equipment flow making expected deducing for operation parameters of drying system,and also making Equivalent clustering calculating for process parameters,and calculated result used to control related equipment,so that realizing the speed adjusting for operation condition of the system.This feed forward method provides the effectively solution for operation condition control of production system.
