Abstract: This paper introduced the mainstream extraction algorithms of physical features,the texture features and the dynamic features of froth surface,and analyzed the merit and demerit of each algorithm,which has a certain guiding significance for the problem of distinguishing the froth condition difficultly by manual,the realization of flotation automation and improving the flotation process indicators.
