Abstract: To reduce the medium consumption,guarantee the quality of product,from two aspects of management and technology,Zhaogezhuang coal preparation plant taken the measures of reducing the medium entrained into product,improving the recovery effect of magnetic separator,lowing the slime concentration in suspension,enhancing the quality inspection of medium received,improving adding method of medium and strengthening the maintenance of pipeline and separation equipment,which reduced the average medium consumption from 5.59 kg/t to 2.0 kg/t,significantly reduced the coal washing cost.
