气泡发生器喷嘴的改进及两相流数值模拟研究

    Research on improved nozzle of bubble generator and two-phase flow based on numerical simulation

    • 摘要: 为了提高浮选效果,对气泡发生器的喷嘴进行了改进,加入了螺旋叶片并利用VOF多相流模型进行了数值模拟计算,得到了速度、压力和湍动能等流场分布规律图,结果表明,有螺旋叶片喷嘴的气泡发生器具有更好的性能,大大提高了矿浆中的气泡矿化效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to increase the flotation efficiency,improved the bubble generator nozzle that equipped with spiral vane and use VOF multiphase flow model for the numerical simulation,obtained the law figure of flow field distribution including velocity,pressure and turbulent kinetic energy.The results shows that:by joining the spiral vane nozzle,the bubble generator has better performance and significantly improved the bubble mineralization effect in slurry.
