液固流化床分级与分选联合工艺的研究与应用

    Research and application of combined process of classification and separation of coal with liquid-solid fluidized bed

    • 摘要: 为了解决液固流化床在粗煤泥分选过程中入料粒度范围过宽、高灰细泥进入溢流污染精煤导致的粗精煤灰分偏高,严重影响液固流化床分选效果和精煤产品质量的问题,提出了液固流化床分级与分选联合工艺,即采用液固流化床对粗、细煤泥进行分级,溢流的细煤泥采用浮选处理,底流的粗煤泥进入第二台液固流化床分选,从而使粗、细煤泥均实现了高精度的分选。液固流化床分级与分选联合工艺在梁北选煤厂的生产实践中取得了良好效果,使入料中高灰细泥减少了80.32%,粗精煤灰分下降了2.43个百分点。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problems of wider size fraction of fine feed,high ash content fine slimes are entrained into overflow so that coursed high ash content of clean coal during liquid-solid fluidized bed separation,which seriously effected the liquid-solid fluidized bed separation result and clean coal quality,presents combined process of liquid-solid classification and coal cleaning with liquid-solid fluidized bed,in which the coarse and fine slim classified with liquid-solid fluidized bed and the overflow separated with flotation,the underflow separated with second liquid-solid fluidized bed,which process can precisely separate both coarse and fine slimes.The application results in Liangbei coal preparation plant show that the combined process of liquid-solid classification and coal cleaning with liquid-solid fluidized bed obtained better result,the high ash content fine slimes decreased by 80.32% in feed,and ash content in coarse clean coal decreased by 2.43%.
