Abstract: The paper presents the idea of key technical parameters of XJM-S45 flotation machine can be designed by the method of analog amplification,and through the tests compared the inflation rate,the inflatable uniformity and power consumption of the flotation machine under conditions of different impeller speed,different impeller immersion depth,different stomata area and different adjustment ring area,identified the main factors that influence flotation machine inflatable performance parameters,so that provided the basis for the optimization design of large-scale flotation machine.
