紫金矿选煤厂絮凝剂添加系统自动化改造

    Automatization reformation of the flocculent adding system in Zijin coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 针对紫金矿选煤厂入料原煤灰分高、细粒含量高、矸石易泥化及尾煤浓缩机絮凝剂添加不合理的问题,提出了一种三点式浓缩机上清液浊度变化检测方法,并进行了自动化改造。工业试验表明,改造后溢流水浊度稳定性明显提高,达到了指标要求,改善了循环水质量,降低了药剂消耗。

       

      Abstract: Owing to the nature of raw coal in Zijin coal preparation plant is high ash content,high fine particle and refuse easy to sliming,as well as flocculent adding of tailings thickener by artificial adjusting,the turbidity of overflow is instable and often over criterion,even out of control.For this reason,the automatization reformation for flocculent adding system was implemented.A 3-point turbidity detecting method in thickener defecated water was put forward,and a fuzzy controller was designed with an input of turbidity change rate along the deepness of thickener defecated water,and a flocculent automatic adding fuzzy control system was developed.Industrial test results turn out that after reformation the turbidity of overflow water meets its basic requirements,as well as its stability and the quality of cycle water were improved evidently.Moreover,the flocculent consumption was reduced.
