摘要: 针对钱家营选煤厂原PLC系统存在的问题,采用西门子WINCC7.0冗余系统对之进行改造。文章详细阐述了WINCC7.0冗余系统的设置与实现、组态过程及系统功能,并介绍了该系统在钱家营矿业分公司选煤厂的应用效果。Abstract: According to the problem existed in PLC system of Qianjiaying coal preparation plant,renovation was done on the system utilizing the Siemens WINCC7.0 redundancy system.The paper detailed introduced the setting up,realizing,configuration process and system function,and also described the application effect of the system in Qianjiaying coal preparation plant.
