摘要: 详细阐述了平朔安太堡选煤厂重介悬浮液密度及液位检测与自动控制系统各功能的实现方法,并介绍了该系统在安太堡矿选煤厂实际应用效果。生产实践表明,该系统实现了重介悬浮液密度、桶位自动检测与分流串料、加介、加水的自动控制,从而保证了整个重介系统运行稳定、可靠,分选效果良好。

Abstract: The paper detailed described the detection of density and level of heavy-medium suspension and application of automatic control system and the way of realizing functions of each system,introduced application result of the system in Antaibao coal preparation plant.The operation practice shows that the system reached the automatic detecting of density and level of heavy-medium suspension and automatic control of flow splitting,medium adding,and water adding,thus ensured the entire system operated stable and reliable,obtained good separation result.
