褐煤电解过滤脱水效果的研究

    Study on the dewatering effect of lignite by Electrolysis and filtration

    • 摘要: 采用电解过滤的方法,研究了不同煤浆浓度、电解时间、电解电流、电解质种类及用量对褐煤脱水效果的影响,试验结果表明:电解过滤对褐煤的脱水具有一定的效果,尤其是对内水的脱除效果明显;当煤浆浓度为150 g/L、电解时间为30 min、电解电流为0.75 A、电解质为Al2(SO4)3、电解质用量为1 000 g/t时,滤饼水分最低,且过滤速度有所提高。

       

      Abstract: This paper conducted the research on the lignite dewatering effect played by the different coal slurry concentration,electrolysis time,electrolysis current,the type and amount of electrolyte with the method of electrolysis and filtration.It was shown that electrolysis and filtration were beneficial for the lignite dewatering,especially for the removal of water inside.It was concluded that the cake could be with the lowest moisture and the rate of filtration was increased with the condition: the coal slurry concentration was 150g/L,the electrolysis time was 30min,the electrolytic current was 0.75A,the electrolyte was Al2(SO43,and the amount of electrolyte was 1 000g/t.
