卧式振动离心机稳定性研究

    Study on stability of the horizontal vibrating centrifuge

    • 摘要: 为了提高卧式振动离心机的稳定性,建立了卧式振动离心机的数学模型,根据实物来简化模型并进行数值分析,研究结果表明:减小系统阻尼比可以降低初级振动质体振幅,增大橡胶弹簧刚度比可以扩大近共振区间,两者均能够提高卧式振动离心机的稳定性。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the stability of the horizontal vibrating centrifuge,established the mathematical model of the horizontal vibrating centrifuge,and then Simplified the model based on centrifuge existence and conducted numerical analysis.Study results show that reducing the ratio of system damping can lower the amplitude of primary vibration mass,increasing the stiffness of rubber spring can expand the near-resonant interval,which two methods can both improve the stability of the horizontal vibrating centrifuge.
