预浮选式浮选柱处理高浓度煤泥水的试验研究

    Experimental study on pre-floating flotation column separating high concentration slime water

    • 摘要: 从提高浮选柱处理高浓度煤泥水效果入手,研究设计了全新给料方式的预浮选式浮选柱试验系统,考察了该浮选柱在不同压力和不同入料浓度条件下的分选效果;通过与传统结构浮选柱的分选效果进行对比,结果表明:在高浓度条件下,预浮选式浮选柱的精煤灰分接近或稍低于传统结构浮选柱,精煤产率提高1~4个百分点,浮选完善指标提高1.2~4个百分点,说明预浮选式浮选柱对高浓度煤泥水的处理效果要好于传统结构浮选柱。

       

      Abstract: To improve the efficiency of treating high concentration slime water with flotation column,the pre-flotation column was designed which using a new way of feeding method,and then studied the separation efficiency of this new flotation column separating slime water under different pressures and concentrations.Based on comparing the separation efficiency between the new flotation column and traditional flotation column,the results showed that when the feeding at high concentrations condition,and the ash content of clean coal of pre-flotation column closing to or slightly lower than traditional flotation column,the clean coal yield generally higher 1%-4% than that of conventional flotation column,and improved floatation index by 1.2%-4% than traditional flotation column.All of this proved that the separation efficiency of the pre-flotation column is better than traditional flotation column.
