Abstract: Based on main factors influencing medium consumption in coal preparation plant,combined with flowsheet of medium recovery system and separation practice in Liuhe coal preparation,introduced the technical and management measures to reduce medium consumption in this plant,which through strict control of medium quality,strengthen plant daily production management,improve management,operation and maintenance of the equipment,so realized the target of reducing medium consumption.
