水介质旋流器分选粗煤泥的试验研究

Experimental study on separating coarse slime by water-only cyclone

摘要: 以西曲8^#粗煤泥为研究对象,采用正交试验方法,优化了水介质旋流器的结构参数;测定了优化后的水介质旋流器的分选效果;对比了优化后的水介质旋流器和干扰床分选机对西曲8^#粗煤泥的分选效果,得出水介质旋流器在较高密度下分选效果较好,可能偏差为0.147,数量效率为90.84%。

Abstract: Talking the Xiqu No.8 coarse slime as the study object,the structure of parameters of water-only cyclone was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The separation efficiency of the optimized structure parameter was investigated and the effects of Water-only cyclone are compared with teeter bed separator.The conclusion is that the Water-only cyclone gives better separating result under the higher seperation density,the E_p values is 0.147 and the organic of efficiency is 90.84%.
