粒度对煤中矿物质解离和静电分选效果的影响

    Effect of Particle Size on Liberation of Mineral Matter in Coal and Electrostatic Separation Result

    • 摘要: 通过对神木长焰煤和青海肥煤不同粒度解离度及其在电选机上分选行为的研究,得出不同原料煤在同一粒度的解离度不同,其差异主要是由于煤中矿物杂质的嵌布特性引起的。在电选机上的分选试验结果表明:静电分选对0.3~0.15 mm和0.15~0.074 mm粒级煤的分选效果比较令人满意,可以有效脱除煤中矿物杂质,对煤炭产品深加工具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: Based on the study of degree of liberation of different particle size and there separation results on electrostatic separator for candle coal mined from Shengmu and fat coal from Qinghai,the paper presents that for different coals,the degree is different under same particle size,the main reason of this difference due to the embed properties of mineral matter.The result of separation test made on electrostatic separator shows the satisfied result obtained when separation of 0.3~0.15mm and 0.05~0.074 mm size fraction materials with electric separator,that can effectively remove mineral matter from coal,so that it is significance for deep process of coal product.
