基于4~20mA电流环的重介选煤工艺参数测控系统研究

摘要: 针对重介选煤工艺控制系统,给出了一种重介质悬浮液密度、液位、旋流器入料压力的解耦控制方案,介绍了基于Freescale MC908GP32微处理器的控制系统设计,以及4~20 mA电流环在过程参数的检测和变送电路中的应用。工程实践表明,该系统抗干扰能力强,运行稳定,在重介控制系统中取得了很好的应用效果。Abstract: Presents a control plan for density of dense medium suspension,fluid level and pressure of feeding for process control of dense medium coal separation.Described the design of control system based on Freescale MC908Gp32 micro-processer,and the application of 4-20 mA current ring in process parameters measuring and transmitting circuit,the operation practice shows that this system with better in interference-free,stable in operation and obtained the good result in dense medium separation control system.
