Abstract: Because of these problems of the bad time effect,slow speed and easy to misreport,originating from the current situation in many Coal Preparation Plants that the laboratory reports the analysis data,such as the quick float and sink analysis,through the telephone to the centralized control office and the relevant production station,the paper submits a reporting data system using the computer detection,software programming and the LED electronic screen technology to obtain the automatic collection,management and the selective station display to the production data.The application of this reporting data system in Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant（south area） demonstrates that it helps the station driver to timely adjust the processing equipment so as to work in the best condition,and increases the economic benefit and the modernization level of the coal preparation plant with the characteristics of the reliable and fast data transport and the real-time data display in the operating station.
