加重质性质对流化床流化行为影响的研究

    Study on the Effect Physical Properties of Dense Medium Solids on Fluidization Behaviors of Fluidized Bed

    • 摘要: 通过对加重质颗粒性质的研究分析,得出了加重质的粒度组成是影响流化床流化效果的主要因素;利用流化特性曲线进行分析,得出了随加重质颗粒平均粒径的减小,流化床床层密度趋于均匀稳定的结论,进一步说明了存在一定含量的非磁性物颗粒有助于改善流化床的流化效果。分析结果表明,磁铁矿粉D的流化效果为最佳。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzes the physical properties of dense medium solids, and concluded that particle size distribution is main factor that affects fluidization effectiveness of fluidized bed, and then analyzed the fluidized characteristic curve, it shows that density of fluidized bed is becoming even and stable with decrease of mean grain size, and further explains the existing of nonmagnetic grain contributes to fluidized effectiveness of fluidized bed. At last the result shows that fluidization effectiveness of magnetite powder D is the best.
