表面活性剂SPAN80对煤泥浮选促进作用的研究

    • 摘要: 为研究非离子表面活性剂在煤泥浮选中的促进作用,采用SPAN80和煤油配成组合捕收剂,并改变其配比、用量,进行了煤泥浮选试验,结果表明:SPAN80可显著改善捕收剂性能,提高精煤产率和尾煤灰分,降低煤油的消耗,具有较好的技术经济效益;通过对浮选产品的粒度分析发现,SPAN80对粗粒级浮选的促进作用要大于细粒级,而且对>0.25mm的粗粒作用效果更加明显。此外,还研究了SPAN80的促进作用机理,发现SPAN80对煤油产生了乳化作用,改变了煤表面的润湿性,并消除了煤表面含氧官能团的影响。相似煤样的验证试验同样得到了较好的浮选效果。

       

      Abstract: To study the promoting function of nonionic surfactant in coal slurry flotation, the test was carried out with the combinative collector which is combined of SPAN80 and kerosene and using different sets of proportion and the dosage. The result shows: SPAN80 is able to improve the performance of collector significantly, increase the plant yield and tail coal ash content, and reduce the consumption of kerosene, it has a good technical and economic benefits as well; It is shows that the effect of SPAN80 as a catalytic to coarse grain is greater than that to fine-grained through particle size analysis of flotation product, whats more, the effect to +0.250 mm coarse particle is more obvious. Moreover, the promoting function mechanism of SPAN80 was studied, finding that SPAN80 produced emulsification for kerosene, changed the coal surface wettability and eliminated effects of the coal surface oxygen containing functional group. While the verifying test on the similar coal samples shows better flotation effect
