阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的光引发合成及絮凝性能研究

    Research on Photo-Initiation Synthesis and Flocculation Performance of Cationic Polyacrylamide

    • 摘要: 采用光引发聚合方式,以丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为共聚单体,合成了阳离子度为16.03%,特性粘数为548mL/g的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂。采用红外光谱对阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的结构进行了表征,并对合成的CPAM聚合物的絮凝性能进行了研究,研究结果表明:在最佳药剂用量条件下,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺在处理灰分高、粒度细的难沉降煤泥水时,沉降速度为39.2cm/min,透光率可达98.9%,适宜的阳离子度为16.03%。

       

      Abstract: Cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM) was synthesized using photo-initiation polymerization system by acrylamide(AM) and methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC).The cationic degree of the product was 16.03% and the intrinsic viscosity was 548 ml·g-1.The synthesized cationic polyacrylamide sample was characterized by FT-IR and the flocculation performance was also measured.The results showed that the settling velocity was 39.2cm/min and the transmittance was up to 98.9% while CPAM in dealing with high ash content and fine size coal slime water.The suitable cationic degree of CPAM was 16.03%.The flocculation performance of CPAM was as excellent as French commercial grade CPAM when compared with PAM,HPAM and AmPAM.
