Building of coal preparation plant lean and marketized management modes integrated management platform

In order to allow the coal preparation management process to link up with marketized management, the lean management mode needs to be applied for gaining maximum economic benefit with least capital input. Through the implementation of the lean management of coal washing operations, coal product quality and process equipment, as well as safety risks management and control and marketized management modes, a lean and marketized management modes integrated management platform is developed. Practice shows application of the platform has led to improvement of coal washing efficiency and product quality, cutdown of operation costs, overall enhancement of scientific and normative level of plant management, and stepping up of the transition of coal preparation plant from conventional to intelligent operation mode.
