Abstract
In order to determine both kinetic and dynamic parameters of the 5-deck stack-up high-frequency fine screen, the parameters such as vibration intensity, excitation frequency, natural frequency, number and stiffness of springs and material travel velocity and upthrow intensity on screen surface are calculated using theoretical calculation method while the total rigidity of the overall vibration system and the stiffness of shear spring are analyzed through testing. It is finally defined that the upthrow intensity, excitation frequency, natural frequency, overall stiffness of the vibrating system and optimal number of springs are 2.025, 25 Hz, 5.56 Hz, 3 899 kN/m and 42, respectively.
