Application of 3-dimensional visualized information management system in coal cleaning operations

In order to develop a smart coal preparation plant and realize 3 D visualized management of coal cleaning operations, an integrated 3 D visualized information management system is developed in line with the operating conditions of the plant by using the visual reality software. The visualized system can present a general view of the scenes of the buildings and structures in the plant area, and the operating equipment and pipe lines, and can perform the following functions: organic integration of data collection and safety monitoring with coal cleaning operation of the plant both in time and space, intelligent patrol inspection, interaction control, personnel training, safety monitoring and control of operating equipment, analysis of early warning, etc. Practice shows that the use of the system makes it possible to enhance coal cleaning equipment management level, reduce production costs, ensure safe and well-organized coal cleaning operations.
