Abstract
The special railway transport system fails to carry out normal coal outloading operation through the pushing-loading bull track because of the limited length of the latter. The rail-weighbridge of the plant is therefore upgraded by lengthening the bull track to allow the latter to lead to the point below the coal leveler after passing through the rail-weighbridge, so as to ensure the coal loading-leveling-weighing operations for all the cars of a train are completed rapidly by the bull track at one time. This can lead to not only reduction of demurrage, but also increase of service life and measuring accuracy of weighbridge.
