Renovation design of the small coal heavy medium separation system of Shanxi Yangmei No.1 Mine Coal Washery

The problem facing the washery is that its ＜ 13 mm small coal product fails to meet the market demand because of its poor quality. Through comparative analysis of the coal quality, washing process and equipment and process layout, the most adaptable washing process and equipment is finally selected. Practical operation shows that the small coal product is now up to the required marketing standard in quality, well achieving the design objective.
