Development and application of the distributed type post video supervisory system

Now a distributed post supervisory system is used in place of the centralized version at Matou Coal Preparation Plant. The high-level automatic supervisory system is designed and developed according to the floors and regions where the process equipment are distributed,the importance of equipment and their difference in fault rate. Through a multiple of distributed substations,the supervisory system can be put to full use for carrying out patrol local supervision of equipment. This makes it possible for the coal preparation to reduce the adverse effect on plant operation imposed by abnormal shutdown of equipment,cut down operating and labor costs,and achieve the basic goal of operating the plant in a safety manner under innovative management with a higher efficiency and less cost.
