    Application of the laminated high-frequency vibrating fine screening machine at Tianhong Coal Washery

    • The clean coal produced by TBS contains a high proportion of high-ash fine slime. For ensuring the required ash of coarse clean slime,the separation density of TBS has to be lowered down at the sacrifice of clean coal yield. Such being the case,the ZKJ1007-D5 laminated high-frequency vibrating fine screening machine is used in place of the existing sieve bend for coarse clean slime fine sizing and desilting. Practice shows the use of the screen has brought about a remarkable result: the trouble of the presence of high proportion of high-ash fine slime in coarse clean slime has been basically eliminated;while guaranteeing the required ash of coarse clean slime,TBS now works with a much-improved performance as evidenced by the increase of the ash of its tailings product from 10% to 15% and a rise of yield of clean coal by around 1%.
