    Analysis of the flow field in the single-unit 3-product H.M.cyclone based on PIV technology

    • Following an introduction to the novel 3-product cyclone-a single unit formed up by one cylindrical part and 2 conical parts in structure,measurements and analysis are made of the flow field inside the cyclone using PIV technology. It is observed through the study that the fluid inside the cyclone exhibits a "two-overflow"phenomenon,marking it possible functionally to make separation of 3 products. The research-derived achievements provide a theoretical support for the optimization of the structure of such a kind of cyclone.
