Application of the sinusoidal de-stoning machine in raw coal primary washing system

the dirt content of the raw coal produced by Zhaolou Mine is becoming higher and higher,causing the ahs of clean coal to exceed the acceptable limit. To avert the situation,the existing raw coal primary washing system is remoulded through adding a preliminary washing process. The paper presents an introduction to the application of the ZPJ 1. 6-1500 sinusoidal de-stoning machine as well as the makeup,parameters,working principle,special features and performance of the machine. Field application indicates that the machine offers a series of advantages,such as high efficiency,low noise level,less dust nuisance,low energy consumption,vibration-free and low operating cost. The machine can find widespread application in coal preparation plants or underground.
