Application of large-sized flip-flop screening machine in cleaning of power coal

Following an introduction to the working principle and technical features of the FFS3070 flipflop screening machine,an analysis is made of the result of its application for dry screening of raw coal for scalping out of the minus 3mm fine coal at Xinchen Coal Preparation Plant. Practice shows that the use of the screen can lead to increase of yield of small coal product,drastic reduction of content of slime in washwater,reduction of load of slime treatment system,simplification of slime treatment process and cutdown of operating cost. The use of the screen has brought about favourable economic result. It proves to be an equipment of real worth for widespread application.
