Development of China's coal processing and preparation sector after China's economy enters a period New Normal-opportunities challenges and ways to deal with the situation

Following an introduction to the basic features of the period of New Normal of China's economy,and an analysis of the changing pattern of the growth rate of China's GDP from 2003 to the first half of 2016,a study is made in the paper of the impact on demand for coal produced by change of demand for steel,cement and electricity in the New Normal period. After pointing out the opportunities and challenges in this period,the measures for dealing with this situation are proposed in accordance with the relevant policies that have come into force.
