Application of the pneumatic emulsifier working on getting principle at Guobei Coal Preparation Plant

Because of the poor atomizing performance of the pulp pre-processor originally used in flotation circuit,work is made on the development of a pneumatic emulsifier based on get principle and the according reform of the structural design of the pulp pre-processor. The use of the new emulsifier has led to match better atomization effect,reduced consumption of flotation agents and improved flotation performance.
