Determination of the washing schemes for Sunjiagou Coal Preparation Plant

According to raw coal property and market condition,it is decided to produce 2 products at the plant: one with a calorific value of 22. 190 MJ/kg and the other,23. 027 MJ/kg. Based on result of comparison,an in-depth analysis is made of the feed size range defined for producing each of the above-mentioned products. It is found that to produce the 22. 190 MJ/kg clean coal product can yield a maximum economic benefit for the plant.
